By accessing the QUANTUM VAULT, you enter a high-security environment. These terms govern the strict protocols required to maintain the integrity of the transactions hosted here.
1. Authorized Use Only
Access is restricted to authorized personnel invited by a Room Administrator. Any attempt to bypass authentication, impersonate another user, or access data outside your permitted scope is a violation of these terms.
Unauthorized access may result in immediate termination and criminal prosecution under the Cybercrimes Act.
2. Confidentiality Obligations
You acknowledge that documents viewed on this platform are highly confidential. You agree not to:
- Screenshot, photograph, or screen-record any document.
- Share your login credentials (MFA tokens) with any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the viewer technology.
3. Consent to Steganographic Monitoring
The QUANTUM VAULT employs forensic watermarking (steganography). Every pixel stream sent to your device contains a unique, invisible identifier linked to your session.
You explicitly consent to this monitoring. If data leaks are traced back to your session via this watermark, this evidence will be admissible in legal proceedings.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we employ state-of-the-art security (AES-256, Merkle Logs), no system is 100% invulnerable. Quantum VDR provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for leaks resulting from user negligence (e.g., compromised email accounts).
