The Operating System for
High-Stakes Capital.
We are a team of cryptographers, systems engineers, and former investment bankers. We exist to solve one problem: The tools used to move the world's money are too slow, too insecure, and too ugly.
Why we rewrote the VDR.
In 2024, a $10 Billion merger shouldn't be managed on software that feels like Windows 95.
Legacy VDRs are wrappers around old Java backends. They prioritize "Enterprise Features" over speed and security. We took the opposite approach. We started with the physics of the data.
We chose Rust for memory safety. We chose Canvas for rendering. We chose Steganography for attribution.
Our Principles
Performance is a Feature
Speed isn't a luxury; it's a requirement for flow state. If the UI lags, the deal slows down. We aim for 60fps in every interaction.
Paranoid Security
We assume the network is compromised. We assume the admin is compromised. We build systems (like Blind Tenders) that do not rely on trust.
Radical Simplicity
Complexity allows bugs to hide. We ruthlessly cut features that do not serve the core mission of the deal.
Built in Cape Town. Deployed Globally.
We are headquartered in South Africa, giving us a unique perspective on Emerging Markets, Mining, and Infrastructure finance.
